I had an average experience with WorkCast. The website is quite user-friendly and the platform is easy to navigate. However, the customer support could be improved. They took a while to respond to my queries and I felt like I wasn't getting the attention I needed. Overall, WorkCast gets the job done, but there is room for improvement.
