Highly frustrating experience at Birchwood Lexus. Had ordered a few small parts 4 months ago. Upon checking back with the parts dept a month later to ask where my parts were, it turns out they had no record of any order. So I again placed the order for the parts (3 months ago). Last week, after a 3 month wait, I received a call saying the parts arrived and to come and pick them up.

After driving across the city and getting staff attention the staff member went to look for the parts. After 20 minutes of standing at the counter I was told they could not find the parts. Then I was told there was no record of the order!

After a further 20 minutes they seemed to find an electronic record of the order but no parts.
They are now ordering the parts (for the 3rd time) - I will see if they actually arrive. Ask me if I would like to deal with this auto dealer again - I think you know the answer!
