Very speedy, great customer service, great product.

I ordered flowers for same day delivery. They were very prompt in sending my order out but unfortunately the recipient was not at home. My mistake! The delivery person was very quick and kind in letting me know the issue and options for resolution. They redelivered the flowers first thing the next morning and the birthday girl loved them. They were beautiful.
