I have been in the English Spanish Court, in the technical service of Samsung, (professionalism, kindness, education). There was a long queue. In front of me were 6 people. The technicians spent an average of 13 minutes with each person ... the technicians that I asked at the samsung store tell me ... I also had to wait for one of the two Samsung commercials to finish serving some people, let's put others 6 minutes. Then, without solving my problem with the tablet, I go to the machine to validate the ticket. It was 5:50 p.m. And ... it tells me that I have to pay 3.67.!
I left the car in the parking lot at 4.30 o'clock sharp. For an hour that I have not been able to avoid being in the English Court for what I told before ... they ask me 3.67 !!!!!!!!!
What a LADROCINIO! But what is my fault if there are those queues that make you stay longer than you like aunt to be there !!!!!!!!!!
THIS IS NO LONGER THE ENGLISH COURT I KNEW SO LONG AGO ...,!.
For this and for the quality of many of its products! I am very angry and it seems to me that little I will go to buy seeing all these harmful news for good customers ...
