Terrible experience from the get-go. Initial quote...

Terrible experience from the get-go. Initial quote was done in entirety (mitigation/restoration) , which the associate was not authorized to quote both (poor management /training) .
Not once did we have the same technician to the house-constant confusion by technicians, curious as to what s next, and second-guessing/talking poorly of their colleagues Work.
Prompt- several scheduled 9 am arrivals, turning into 1 pm.
Management promised to make it right regarding the incorrect quote initially. I was told I would receive a call first thing Monday morning to schedule restoration, and our case would be escalated. Have not received a call, am not surprised.

The technicians individually were very kind, and courteous. However, there is a clear lack of clarity from management, zero efficiencies in their process, and utter confusion amongst the associates . This whole process has been a mess, management needs to reevaluate their process.
