Too many incidents that I've encountered during the years. People are rude. It's a smoking facility yet people don't let you get a slot next to them if your a smoker, they say that's my husbands machine, sister, brother, and there's no card or money in the machine and the sad thing is that management allows it to happen, even if you complain. Had an incident when a man was totally offensive to me told the manager, he talked to him, came back told me he requested that he leave, all lies. When I turned around man was still there playing the machines, never left. In there it's preferences to whom you know. Awful experiences there. And if your a woman, don't go alone, cause I wouldn't dare to say the last time I went and upon leaving wad approached by a man and what was requested was not a cigarette, if you get what I mean. Then they send you surveys, you express your incidents and they don't even write you back. You are completely ignored like if your crazy. It's definitely not the Hardrock, where your greeted kindly and people are nice.
