Yesterday I visited FNAC Champs Elysees with the intention of buying a computer. We wanted to spend 800 euros but when we arrived we found that the price for our needs would be 1300 euros. No problem ... I was with my son, we studied the offers and we also looked on the Internet on the spot to make price comparisons. We had all the time in the world to get information on the spot because nobody came to give us a little advice. Do you imagine that we did not ask? But yes, twice ... but the advisor told us he's coming ... will arrive ... Will he arrive? No ... for 20 minutes he discussed with at least three people who wanted nothing important, and who certainly was not going to spend 1,300. What could we do to make a purchase advised and smart to Fnac?
