I took a Chevy 3500 diesel van here for service only to be turned away at the door because their service department is not equipped for heavy duty vehicles. The service manager directed me to the Chevy dealer in Burlingame - Putnam Dealership. They also don t work much on diesels. I wish the Chevy Boardwalk dealership would add these facts to their website - I had to take a day off of work only to be redirected to a different dealership that could meet my needs.
