The latch on our Milgard slider sheared off recent...

The latch on our Milgard slider sheared off recently leaving the door in the permanently locked position. Install was back in late 1990's. I called Glass by Lund and explained the situation. I was able to use a thin screw driver to dislodge the latch, take the handle apart and bring the broken latch in to research replacement options. Todd Lund greeted me and said he would take a look in the shop to see if he might have the part. Three minutes later, he returned to the front office with a new replacement part and handed it to me....no charge! You cannot find this level of service with most businesses these days.
