My husband and I walked in on a Sunday and James Copeland greeted us the moment we walked in. I was in dire need of a car since both of our cars broke down at the same time. We told him what we were looking for and he found the car for me that surpassed what I was looking for. I have never owned a newer model car until now. He helped us get a 2016 Chevy Surburban. Since the financing was taking so long James made it possible for us to drive the car home that night and come back the next morning to finish up the paperwork. This experience was so easy. I was worried at first that it would be a hassle because of past experiences but it was nothing but that. When it's time for us to buy my daughter's car next year I will be calling on James Copeland.
