Recently dealt with Lotus Loans (Ranjit) who helped set up our mortgage and walk us through the process. As first time home buyers, we had a ton of questions and some anxieties about everything. We could not have asked for better service. Ranjit was always there to guide us. He ensured he was available to us no matter what time of day. Even after the closing date of our home, they have been there to make sure everything went smoothly and to see if there is anything else we needed.
