My wife Christy and I came on 9/15 and were just blown away by the experience.
First I want to say that the animal enclosures were clean and it was great to see that the tigers have access to larger areas that are connected to their enclosures and are not alone ...the staff was very friendly to us and answered all of our questions .
We took the 2:30 tour and I have to say it didn't disappoint, our guide was a charismatic fellow with long blonde hair (not joe) and has a huge passion for these magnificent animals.
It was very easy to see that they have a great bond with him because they were all happy to see and interact with him. (Wish I could remember his name). Most of the animals have been rescued and for my wife and I it makes us happy to know that there are people out there looking out for their welfare. The highlight of the tour was playing with the tiger cubs which was quite the experience, one that I fully recommend if you go (Do the tour).
We will definitely be back with family and friends to share such a great experience.
