When signing up, I wasn't offered a tour so I asked for one. The guy at the front desk said "The layout is pretty straightforward. The weight room is right down the stairs." I asked him where the cardio room is and his response was "same room". Considering that I'm new to working out, I would have appreciated being offered a tour and how to properly use the gym equipment. It's a liability for them for not showing how to use equipment, too. I won't be here long, just waiting for my regular gym to open back up. And today my friend and I decided to workout and we walked in with no masks and was asked if we had ours with us. We said no and the front desk guy straight up said "get out". It was our fault for not bringing masks but he definitely could have been nicer about it. Hate to say it but I'm not impressed with this facility at all.
