Went in twice- neither times was a purchase. Chuck was so informative and incredibly nice. Was not pushy or trying to sell us , just gave us great information that we were able to use to fix our current fan light. Checked alternatives in case repair failed...so patient and honest. Actually can t wait to do business with this company because of Chuck s patience and honesty. Totally recommend this company to everyone!
