It was our 4th or 5th stay in prime plaza sanur, previously named sanur paradise plaza hotel. Nothing changed still homey, but they already renovated rooms and some parts. Staff still warm, friendly and helpful. But when i arrived, there was no one of their staff in lobby and ask us if we need any help. Only security watched us. Restaurant staff really nice. They helped my Mom who wanted to eat baked bean for breakfast. They asked kitchen to provide it because that day, baked bean unavailable in their buffet menu. We had yummy breakfast there. The room was comfy, clean and quite big. I think this is best option in Sanur if you looking for hotel for long stay. This hotel only walking distance to the beach. You can go to Lembongan, Penida from that beach. My favorite food also there, mak beng.
