Your nurse Joan was very rude and very disrespectful... I would not recommend you guys for nothing. You had a appointment scheduled for noon she call a side she would be there in a hour she got there at 4:45 with no apologies at all my client was in pain she was rude to the clients family and well as my caregiver. Very text book with no compassion.. This is not the way to treat people
