Stayed here over 4th of July week. Property is well maintained. Condos are not new but kept in good shape. Pool is appropriately sized for the number of units. Ladies in the office are friendly, professional and helpful!

Location is great with easy access to the causeway. Many families return for generations and do so happily. Stay included free greens fees at the Dunes but not cart fees. Just remember these are condos and not a hotel with towel service, so plan to bring or buy your beach towels. Otherwise just plan to have a low key stay in an amazing place!
