I went there yesterday and I felt they did nothing...

I went there yesterday and I felt they did nothing for me. I sat their for 9:20 AM until 12:30 PM and when they called my name, it took all of 5 minutes to give me some alleged help and then I was toss aside. This place didn't help me with any of my issues or problems. And if they are suppose to be helping people not be homeless, for God Sake why don' t they have apartment listing they are updated and valid. They gave me realtor list from the 1980"s. Why don't they have someone research and make sure that they are apartment available and the realtor lists is valid.
