Purchasing Experience. A good salesperson makes you happy when you walk out the door, regardless of what happens. I bought what I was looking for at a price that the manager was firm on, but I was never scolded or talked down to. In fact, the salesperson who worked with me even offered me advice and assistance in making sure my insurance rates weren t going to be too high. They were patient there (granted it s was not very busy) and understanding of my concerns and requirements. It was actually a nice place to do business.
