Although my Son and his roommates were delayed in moving in, myself being in this industry, I can understand that these things happen and are beyond the owners and managements control. I was extremely happy to see that they stepped up and placed all of them in temporary lodging until their apartment was completed. They are now settled in their apartment and they couldn't be happier.
