I think that the new customer onboarding experience I had deserved a rating of 10. As everybody that i spoke to since the beginning has displayed the utmost professionalism, this has made me feel extremely confident with the expected quality of customer service. Charlotte, in particular, showed a tremendous amount of professional competency and efficiency in her work, it was such a pleasure dealing with her so far.
