Unfortunately I couldn't get past a half conversat...

Unfortunately I couldn't get past a half conversation over the phone. The supervisor answered the phone (not by my request) with an immediate attitude telling me she could not give me information over the phone. Not a very good representation of the department. The least she could have done was tell me if tricare was accepted there. That's even easy for someone with no phone etiquette. I was rushed off the phone after being referred in the middle of a crisis. Would never recommend to any of my buddies in the middle of a crisis.
