I spent 4 wonderful days in this structure.
ROOM: Double family room with two bathrooms and two TVs, very welcoming and clean, quite spacious and comfortable. The room tidying service can be done several times a day.
RESTAURANT: Breakfast with a rich buffet, with fixed dishes and dishes that are changed every day. Dinner: appetizer and vegetable buffet plus first, second and dessert at the table. Well-assorted menu with different choices, always available for vegetarians and vegans. Always bring well presented and to my liking, fresh ingredients and "0" kilometer, not very abundant, rightly in my opinion, to avoid unnecessary waste !!! If you want to make an encore there is no problem you are always satisfied.
BAR: well stocked and above all drinks cost the right amount.
SERVICE: professional, the waiters are kind and helpful, they know the dishes they serve! They try to satisfy the customer in every request.
SPA: swimming pool, plus wellness program: saunas, Turkish bath, Frigidarium, sensory shower, relaxation room with availability of hot herbal teas and apple wedges from Trentino. Possibility of beauty treatments and massages.
A gym is also available, small but with the necessary to be able to train.
ANIMATION AND SERVICES: for adults and children with shows of all kinds, cabaret, magic, etc.etc. Children have a lot of fun. The animation guys are nice and never intrusive. There is also a games room with table football and table tennis. Mini Club and Junior club. Needless to say, the property is ideal for families and children of all ages. Interesting and pleasant guided tours and excursions are organized.
MANAGEMENT: the management is of a family type, very attentive to the customer who is always satisfied with requests. The owners are always present and live and share moments with customers.
Small things, but pleasant: on my birthday I found a small present in the room upon returning from the ski slopes.
