I travel pretty much every week for business. This means I often show up at midnight or later, tired and stressed. I also work from my laptop, which means I not only appreciate a great staff, but connectivity to the Internet. Well, 5/28/14 I show up after a VERY stressful drive from Reagan airport, at 1:15 a.m. The gentleman at the front desk was extremely nice and accommodating, despite my tired self. 6 hours later, I am up and ready for work (ughhhhhh) and my Internet is not working! I asked the front desk to recommend me to a computer place, and they said, well, first, try our employee Mike (I hope I have his name right...he wasn't even a computer guy...he works in the bistro...he is probably going to college here.....this guy is a gem and will do well in life!!!). He spent at least a half hour on my computer and fixed it!! My stay here has been great, and everyone who works here goes out of their way to be good to you and help you with any problems. Very pleased. I hope Marriott checks the dates I stayed and gives kudos to the two gentlemen I specifically mentioned.
