Our AC unit went out and Kenny (who is AWESOME) came out Monday to check the unit and fixed it. Unfortunately, later that day, another piece had broken and we needed another service repair the very next day. I had called Worthington Air with several questions regarding why/how we had 2 pieces break so close together. I spoke with Bobby who was super patient; he explained the repairs in detail and answered all my questions. We are definitely going to stay with this company and continue all our HVAC services with them.
