Arrival in 2007 good company to start at the beginning with a training course, a little fast but which shows the different aspects of the company.
At first all is well, all pink, but then, you are asked for more time, more work, months of advantage, less bonuses.
Atmosphere between colleagues at the top who has deteriorated over time because of dismissals at the key, or resignation shovel and a new management without tail or head!
With less experienced managers than you but who explains to you how to do your job and gives himself the merit in your place!
This is the sad end of Spph. You have to be part of the spph sect to evaluate and make a good living.
