We bought 2 honda accords at parkway Honda. Had a good experience with that but after booking service I was very disappointed. They made my mom do machine rotors and service brakes when it would have been cheaper to replace it. Also they said we needed to change air filters even though it was recently changed by myself. I don't trust them one bit. After looking at the CBC marketplace incident it confirmed what that I Believe is Shady business practices. I have been going to Toronto Honda now and have been pleased so far. We had complained to the managers about the incidents also but no one returned our calls. Regret buying my cars with them and I don't plan to ever do business with them again. They are arrogant and Shady. I won't even get started on the cheap trade in offer they gave.
