Had a great experience with company representative Angie clearing up confusion about an unsolicited magazine subscription. My visions of being billed for something I didn't order (or want) have pretty much disappeared. Common sense would dictate that if you send a trial sample of something you notify the customer that it's a no-obligation trial, but apparently that's not the way it's done these days. Thanks Angie.
