I just wanted to take a few minutes to express my gratitude to you and your staff for such a positive experience while purchasing and taking delivery of my new 2010 Hyundai Elantra GLS. My significant other, Leona Labor, was so impressed with with both your staff and the dealership that she also purchased and took delivery of a 2010 Hyundai Elantra GLS.

On retiring from the automobile business I found it very refreshing to interact with a dealership, and its staff , that had such a positive, professional and enthusiastic attitude; unlike your competitors ( one to the south of your dealership and one to the north of your dealership ) which displayed a negative, unethical and unprofessional attitude on both the phone and in person.

I have worked in dealerships in Greenfield, MA., Keene and Hinsdale, NH. and Las Vegas, NV. as a Salesmen, F&I Manger, Internet Manager, New and Used Car Sales Manager and General Sales Manager and I have never.... NEVER..... been more impressed with everyone that I dealt with; starting with Keith, Ed, Cliff, Phil, Jason and of course yourself. I look forward to meeting and interacting with both the Service and Parts Departments as well.
