Awful experience with service dept. They relentlessly said i did not have a warranty with HM USA. Then when I paid by credit card i signed a paper that had seven other papers attached to it. When i started to question why they were keeping seven papers and i was getting one back only then did the person question himself and ask for help. The other EE told the person yes there is a warranty on the vehicle since it was CPO. The EE then stated sorry but I'll have to take down your number to rectify this. Never called back. HM USA had to fix their mistake. Hey they give out bottles of water though....
