Went to a wedding which was brilliant and the work the staff put in was wonderful and made everything look amazing. They went the extra mile with us all. So why 4 stars, well we had no hot water on the Saturday night so could not wash. We had someone else's bar bill added to our room bill but once sorted it was fine. The wardrobes had also been treated with something whish smelt awful and made your clothes smell as well so could not be use. Given how much it is a night these little things should not happen. This was a big treat for us. Having said that the place is amazing, the staff are second to none and as mentioned before they do go the extra mile.
