I signed paperwork with one management company early in the year that I was comfortable with to afford then had to sign a mark Taylor lease at the beginning of March and moved in at the end of March. They already changed the utilities agreement and I have to pay more now since all residence will be paying for community water, gas, electric etc. This community is suppose to be gated and the main gates have yet to be fixed, it's been 4 months. When I moved in my unit was not ready, after over a month I actually got compensated for it. The pool closed after I moved in for longer than what was stated by the office and has been closed abruptly a couple other times for maintenance. I didn't have a proper working washing machine since I moved in and they looked at it/"fixed" it 4 times. After the 5th time I was promised a new machine, only to have been cancelled twice. Finally have a different machine, we will see if this one actually works! I like the layout of the unit, whoever things still need to be fixed in the unit that will probably not be done until total renovation. This complex is a lot better than the last I lived in, but I expected a lot more from Mark Taylor and am very disappointed.
