Item ordered was received fast but missing a small...

Item ordered was received fast but missing a small part. Wrote to Customer Service and had a response within hours. Even better, instead of simply sending me the missing part, they immediately shipped an entire, brand-new item! Best customer service I've seen ... I'm a very happy customer and will definitely refer others. Happy to shop with them again and again!
