I'm completely disgusted by the way my mother was treated here. She went in for knee surgery and 2 nurses were absolutely vile to her, they talked to her with total disrespect and made her cry. She vowed never to return, and I vowed to knock a couple nurses the F#!@ out if I ever see them on the street. Horrible.
