Best builders in this part of Maine. Top quality is their priority. Wonderful recommendations and suggestions- very experienced. Can be a little weak on communication and organization- I would recommend developing detailed building plans either with your own architect or with them but mandate actual building plans. Jim & his talented & hard crew built us a combined stick built/modular chalet on a undeveloped piece of land at the top of a small hill overlooking Cadillac. We could not be happier with the final result- as promised, all aspects of the project were top notch.
