RCI deserves an A+ in customer service! RCI came to our office and inspected our company's fire extinguishers at a resonable rate. When I called to book they were fluent in all aspects of fire regulation and fire extinguishers. They answered my questions and were able to send someone out rather quickly. We had the pleasure of having Rhone do our inspection. He was extremely knowledgeable and punctual! We will definitely be using RCI for all of our fire inspection and product needs.
