You need to resolve this quickly with a public apology; some compensation for the lady who actually went in to your store and bought the homeless lady some shoes... And some compensation for the homeless lady, something of a goodwill gesture like finding this woman the support and housing she needs rather than having your employees abuse her and then ban people who help her...

We suggest re-training your employees so they realise that they're just one wage slip away from homelessness themselves in the current economic climate... And can become homeless at any given minute... Inevitably resulting in mental health issues and sometimes addiction...

Why should we allow huge corporate to profit from our communities when they do this to our most vulnerable?
