My husband and I received a russels package for the hotel and a dinner for two. I made the hotel reservation online and without even realizing it booked the hotel suite so when I got there I was very surprised to realize how much of an upcharge it would be. The staff realized I made an honest mistake and worked with the managers and only charged us a little bit for the upgrade. It was so appreciated because I know what other places I would have had to pay the full amount no matter what and it was so nice that they were so understanding of the fact that I just made an error. The suite was absolutely gorgeous and very clean and the customer service all around was exceptional. Dinner of course was amazing and anything you get off the menu is delicious and the breakfast buffet in the morning is always so nice to wake up to.
