Our company has been using CAD Supplies for years, we've never had a bad experience. We don't usually leave reviews, but after the steps CAD Supplies took to take care of us last week we felt a review was the least we could do. We were printing large graphics on our plotter when we ran out of ink, we thought we had extra cartridges, but didn't. This was around 4:45-5:00pm on a Friday. We called to see if they were open on Saturday and the person we spoke to said they were not, but asked what we needed, then said he was walking out of the door, but would bring us the cartridges. He took time out of his personal time, after business hours, to bring us those cartridges. We are very thankful for their outstanding customer service and will continue to recommend this company to others!
