We had tried to refiance a couple of months prior to Meridian but were turned down by Chase even though we had a mortgage with them for over 10 years, they said it was because of our income to debt ratio and they made no offers of help other then to get more income so we gave up until we received the offer from Meridian which was Much Better than the Chase offer so we decided to try once again. They did say that we should consider doing business with a smaller mortgage company rather than a bank which is why we noticed the offer from Meridian to begin with.

Meridian Home Mortgage did Exactally what they said they would do if we chose them to refianance our home, They not only paid off our Mortgage but also our Credit Cards AND our Car Loan which will really help us each and every month.

We really appreciated the video we received from Tony Tucci explaining the process step by step.

Also it was Great that they let us know what was going and where we were in the process each and every week by phone or email and sometimes both.

When we ran into a snag because of a leased car we co-signed for our daughter they let us know what it would take to solve the problem which we did and then everything went as they said it would from there until we closed.

We have refianced before but with different companies but Meridian is the First time we felt they really carred for us personally and helped us whenever they could.

Our future is Much Brighter now thanks to Meridian Home Mortgage Corporation working with us to refinance our home.
