Our mother is a resident at Pearl Garden/Chandler Place in St. Anthony, MN. Nearly a month ago I sent letters to Craig/CEO Goodman Group, Kim T,B/VP of Senior Living and Health Care, Kimberly W./National Dir of Marketing and Communication, and Annette R,/VP of Human Resources requesting an exemption to a policy at Chandler Place/Pearl Garden. I didn't know who to sent the letter to so I sent it to all of the above hoping someone would respond to us. Neither I nor my sister have heard from anyone at Goodman or Chandler Place in St. Anthony MN. This is very upsetting, disheartening, and it feels rude to ignore us by not responding to that letter. [ A Post Script: The Director of Chandler Place has contacted me since the original post and stated that he will try to resolve our issue. That is greatly appreciated by our family.]
