RE (Recruit Express) is only good at finding temp/part time jobs.
For those seeking a full-time/long term contractual job, don't bother. I was called for a F2F interview with one of their consultants, and it turns out that the job I have applied on their listing is not available for hire anymore. I believe whatever listings you see on Jobstreet, Jobscentral, JobsDB etc. are probably just a blank job to attract job seekers so that when there's an actual job available, they will assign it to the job seeker who suits the job best.
On the surface, RE's consultants will say they are helping job seekers to secure a job. But the brutal reality is that they just want their commission. It's a fast paced sales job at their end that most job seekers like us won't get to see. Oh, and I heard that their commission is actually part of the job seeker's salary.
RE don't genuinely care whether you get a job a not. I have already encountered several selfish consultants there who don't think before they speak.
The best way to seek a job is to actively seek by yourself.
