Today I had to fight with the nurses to get someone to help my grandmother to use the rest room. Waiting for 15 mins while the Bell ringing, and the head nurse making excuses. They already let her fall and the supervisor on duty did not help the situation. So please if you putting your love ones in there please understand most nurses there don't care.
