Pillows uncomfortable. Room is nice. Glass Shower wall was extremely dirTy. Food is good & QUICK at journeys. They want you back out there on the gaming floor as quick as possible. Customer service at the front desk was meh.. , I ve deff had better. Maybe because it was a comped room? But I d like to think they d give excellent customer service to the guests who play play play and get comps
