I must say that Badgley Mischka has disappointed me lately. The quality of their products has significantly declined. The last dress I bought from them had loose threads and uneven stitching. The customer service was not helpful either. They did not provide any satisfactory resolution to my issue. I had been a fan of their brand for a long time, but now I am not so sure. I hope they improve their quality control and customer service in the future.
