This was our first and last time using this dealership. Just go for one service visit and you will understand why, their customer service skills are horrible. We made an appointment ahead of time to drop off the truck for service and the dealership called the next morning and did not have my husbands appointment. The estimated cost turned out to be significantly lower than the total cost due to a misquote. Also, the service manager must be an idiot. He called the house to discuss the approval for the work being done and didn't ask to speak to the truck's owner?? I asked the manager if he needed to discuss the issue with my husband who owns the truck and he said it does not matter!! It seemed like he was in a rush to just get whomever he could find to approve the repair, not caring if he spoke to the owner or not. He didn't even ask who he was speaking with. Very disappointing first time experience, recommend going somewhere else even though you might have to drive out of your way.
