I highly recommend the law firm of John Day. Throughout the process which was a very difficult and somewhat unusual situation, John Day, Caroline Sapp and Rachel Brooker were upfront, extremely professional and maybe most important, showed compassion for the situation my family experienced. They are extremely well organized and keep you updated every step of the way. Questions which may arise are responded to in a timely manner. Just a very professional team throughout. Ms. Sapp did an excellent job negotiating the settlement. If you are in need of their services, they are simply outstanding people to work with.
