I was in Macy's today wearing my gym clothes and was standing in line in housewares all ready to purchase several hundred dollars in cookware. Then, a middle aged man, wearing a suit, asked for help in luggage. He wasnt in line, but after the clerk was finished with the transaction of the people in front of me, she left me hanging to go help this man. Turns out, he was just looking for a price on an item. Once the clerk arrived, I let her ring up the items, totaling over $800, and then told her that looks aren't everything and walked away. No more shopping at Macy's for me.
