Shameful. Instead of spending so much money on advertising so that you switch to the mutual they should invest it in better attention to their mutualists.
Since August 13 that I got hit in my 3-month car, the first torture is for me to bring the car to Madrid since it could not be repaired in Alicante by the dates we were dead, I arrived in Madrid before the vehicle.
On September 2, the expert makes a shameful examination wanting to leave the tire and rear right wheel out of the part and the solution is that of me a part as if I had taken a blow to be repaired, on day 3 of September I open a claim that they tell me that it will take 2 to 24 and 72 hours and today 6 days later they tell me that it is not yet my turn to be valued ..... it is all shameful I feel cheated and above all homeless with full risk insurance plus.It is no use.
Of course I have 3 cars and home insurance insured because marketing is good but at the moment of truth it is NEFASTO with what I am forced to look for other insurance with better results.
My advice is that before changing to the mutual they inform themselves of all the gaps that their insurance has
