They typically do a good job. If you are on there VIP plan ($23) monthly they will come and fix your heat even if it breaks down in the middle of the night on a weekend. One call and they are there within the hour. And their guys are good and smart. They can 'McGyver' anything if that's what it takes to get heat working for your family on a freezing cold weekend in winter. (Oh, and their guys are super nice and friendly too.)

My only negative is that their prices to do repairs are always WAY higher than expected. Much higher than I think other plumbers, HVAC or electricians would charge. Prepare for sticker shock everytime you call them.

The other thing is that they are apparently trained to make every service call into a sales call. They always try to upsell or find other things wrong. (You know you should really replace this ... fill in the blank.)
